Wild Fire and Flash Point

I think I mentioned before that I was interested in giving Bomber a slightly different costume for when he's an adult.
I don't know exactly what happened, but there was some kind of really bad accident (aside from the one that gave all of them their powers in the first place) that destroyed the city in which they all reside. This happens a few years down the road, but I'm not sure by that point what else had happened. It's all fuzzy right now. But in any case, Inferna gets hurt in some way that makes her powers weaker and weaker until they're gone completely from her, which is why Bomber's new costume uses the same color scheme. (Like in Inferna's memory. Carmen is still alive afterward, unlike some of the other supers, who I'm not certain of yet, either.)
Why Bomber's name changes is because he evolves more so than his brother Blazer. Blazer can ONLY control the ignition fluids and can't actually produce flames on his own. When they were younger and had less developed powers, Bomber and Blazer needed each other in order to produce flames. Bomber developed the ability to control small fires and set himself on fire completely, which is enough to allow him to stray without needing assistance as a super. Tensions between Stephon (Bomber) and Devon (Blazer) also caused them to part ways as well, and they wind up fighting ever so slightly more than partnering up.

Because Blazer is incapable of producing the actual spark, he creates a costume for Rocky that is composed of large, high-voltage batteries with wires running to his fingers so that he can create a spark. Flash Point (Rocky) can't actually control any of the sparks that he can create, and he can't be considered a super at all, much less an electric super. Well, the point of Flash Point is to be the replacement for Bomber, though Devon made Rocky the suit long before Bomber even deviated and became Wild Fire. (This probably gave Stephon more of a reason to leave.) The way that Flash Point and Blazer can create flames is the combination of the sparks and the ignition fluid, like a spark plug in a car. [Thanks to Chuchi for that idea.] Devon also made rocket boots for Flash Point so that he can fly. (Wild Fire found a way to be able to manipulate his flames to help him fly, but he can't like the other supers can.)

I told you before that Stephon and Devon both die later on. At that point, they are about completely against each other. Flash Point doesn't die, but can't do much as a super without Blazer. He either hangs up his costume for good, or gets help from his kids, who posses the same powers as Blazer had. I know less about that part as I do the part mentioned above.



I like the stories I make with my characters, but them being cartoons is really distressing. I would LIKE them to be funny, but I also want this kind of drama to actually happen... I don't know how to even try to handle the situation.
